The word *failure* is so often misinterpreted. Failing doesn¡¯t mean that you simply have failed. *It is a chance to find out on your path to success.*

No one ever succeeds on their first attempt, they always face situations they didn¡¯t expect and sometimes find yourself somewhere completely different than they initially thought.

Your job is to *work hard* and *smart,* adapting to vary and situations, learning from your mistakes to show the inevitable failures you'll face into a grand success.

*1000 failures*

The difference between *successful people* and *unsuccessful people* isn¡¯t how often they fail; it's *how repeatedly they struggle .Successful people fail even as often, if less , than everyone else. The difference is that *they keep picking themselves up again and again, try new things* and *at last find something that works.*

Just check out one among the simplest inventors of all time, *Thomas A. Edison.* While he was trying to create the sunshine bulb *he failed over 1000 times.* Most folks would have quit at about 100 (or maybe after just 1 failure) but he kept going and going, learning whenever until he eventually got his breakthrough.

This was Edison¡¯s whole philosophy, he believed the human mind was capable of anything, if you set your mind thereto and worked *long enough, hard enough* and were *determined enough,* you'd make it.

To look at another genius from the past, *Albert Einstein.* Einstein failed in class . To most folks this failure would mean that allacademic success is out of reach and that we would advance to other realms of labor . Not Einstein, he kept *working* and *learning* and is now *the founding father of modern physics.*

My background isn¡¯t as incredible as those above, but I even have had my justifiable share of failures and had a couple of successes. From these experiences I even have learned tons . i would like to share with you the *4 steps* I even have found, and seen numerous others take, to show failure into success.

*1. LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES*

Don¡¯t see failing as anything but *a chance to improve* and *learn.* whenever you fail in an effort ask yourself the two questions *¡°What did I do well?¡±* and *¡°What will I do differently?¡±* then advance together with your new found knowledge.

*2. believe YOURSELF*

Edison¡¯s belief in himself and therefore the humanity is an idea to us all. Know that you simply will succeed a method or another and you'll . always remember that *your capacity is nearly unlimited.*

*3. REEVALUATE YOUR SITUATION*

When you've got met an obstacle you have an excellent chance before you, *you can learn, take a replacement path* and *move on* into territory that was completely unknown to you before with many new possibilities. Before you dive right in, evaluate your situation. is that this printing operation and endeavor in line together with your goals? If not, it's not worth to pursue.

*4. TRY AGAIN*

*The most vital lesson isn't to offer up.* If you discover that the opportunities match your goals. choose it! *Don¡¯t ever give up;* the foremost successful people within the world weren¡¯t

successful because they didn¡¯t fail as often, *they failed more, many, repeatedly more.* *But they picked themselves up and tried again over and over until they found the proper mix.*

*CONCLUSION*

Your potential is limitless. *What you'll do is merely limited by your belief.* *Try, attempt to try again until you discover your way and begin moving on towards your dreams!* Remember, *If you faint within the day of adversity, your strength is small* _(Proverbs 24:10)._
